The WCBA is pleased to announce its spring workshop for beginning beekeepers. The workshop will be held March 28 – 29, 2015 at the Raleigh Police Club. Saturday will feature classroom instruction from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m., followed by administration of the written portion of the Certified level test of the NCSBA Master Beekeeper

The State fair is quickly approaching: October 14-24. We need volunteers to set up the Wake County display booth, work at the NCSBA honey sales stand, and work at the educational display areas. Volunteer shifts vary from a few hours to all day. Any amount of help is welcomed and needed.

Bug Fest is on September 11th 8:00 am – 4: 00 pm. We need volunteers for 2 time shifts options and 2 volunteer stations.
