Learn about biodynamic beekeeping standards as a minimum for care. Innovations in regenerative honeybee stewardship practices informed by natural colony behaviors will be covered as well as Apiopolis’ holistic approach to honeybee support and systems thinking.
Speaker Alice Hinman is a student and steward of honeybees. She is the founder of Apiopolis, a nonprofit urban bee sanctuary in Raleigh, North Carolina with the mission of improving the health and habitat of honeybees and native pollinators and to form dynamic collaborations that promote the wellbeing of our entire community in a holistic, inclusive and joyful manner.
