September 12 Meeting at the Police Club

The September monthly meeting will be held at the Raleigh Police Club.  Justin Wahrenburg of Cluck and Hive Apiary will share lots of information about the 100th year State Beekeepers Conference.  Bring your questions as there will be a Q & A session afterwards.  The gathering begins at 7:00 pm and the meeting starts at 7:30. The Raleigh Police Club, site of the 2017 Beginner Bee School, is located at 3500 Leonard Road, Knightdale NC (but some GPS find this address in Raleigh.)  Leonard Road is off Hodge Road in east Raleigh. Just for fun, wear a Bug Fest t-shirt, if you have one.

The next “Hands on in the Hive with Mr. Buzz Ben Crawley” is Sunday, September 17 at 1:00 pm.  (That is the 3rd Sunday of September.) The beehives are located near the demonstration cotton field near the back of the Historic Oak View park.  All are welcome.
